Microsoft 365 automation

Make Microsoft 365 do more of the busywork.

Connect Outlook, Teams and SharePoint so routine tasks, reminders and approvals move on their own. The tools your team already uses every day can carry more of the routine work.

Sound familiar?

Where the routine
work piles up.

  • Approvals wait in someone's inbox until somebody chases them.
  • The same report gets copied out of Excel and emailed every week.
  • Files end up in personal folders instead of the shared site.
  • New requests arrive by email and get lost in the thread.

What I build

Your tools,
working together.

Outcome first. The flows and settings come second.

Approvals and handoffs.

Requests go to the right person, with reminders and a record of who approved what and when.

Outlook and Teams workflows.

Emails, form responses and messages turn into tasks, notifications or records without anyone copying them over.

SharePoint that stays organized.

Shared sites and document libraries set up so files land where the team can find them.

Power Automate flows.

Scheduled and triggered flows for the routine steps, documented so your team knows what runs and why.

How it works

Start with your process.
Build from there.

01

Find the bottleneck.

Walk through the routine work, find the steps people repeat by hand, and pick the ones worth automating first.

02

Build what you need.

Agree on scope, connect the tools you already use, and test each flow with the people it affects.

03

Launch with a clear handoff.

Turn the flows on, document what each one does, and agree on any ongoing support.

Selected work

Part of a real workflow.

For GMAC Veterans Consulting, Microsoft 365 automation supports the surrounding business workflow.

When this isn't the right fit.Not every problem is an automation problem. If a different tool or a simpler process change would solve it, I'll say so.

Questions

Before you ask.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do I need?

It depends on the tools and connections the workflow needs. Before building, we check your existing licenses and identify any additional subscriptions or usage costs for your approval.

What if a flow stops working?

We agree before launch on who handles failures and what ongoing support includes. Your team gets documentation explaining what each flow does and what to check if it stops.

Who will I be working with?

With me, JP Mananzan, the person designing and building it. Clear conversations and an agreed scope, with no one in between.

Can this connect to a custom system?

Yes. Microsoft 365 automation often sits around a client system, so information moves between the two instead of being copied by hand.
